Haven’t had anything too hoppy lately so I thought I’d fix that with Moylan’s Hopsickle. When I popped the top the kitchen filled with the hop aroma (at first I thought it was my imagination, but then my wife noticed it too). Holy hops! Big, grapfruity, and sticking on my lips.The only problem with the big hoppy beers is that I have a hard time pulling the malt flavors out—sort of like with spicey cooking, unless the spices become the flavor profile.  Which I guess is what’s going on here with the hops. Still, I’m picking up some carmel flavors. Here’s top hops! (is the shortage over yet?)
